What it is: A purpose-built automation platform for Managed Service Providers.
My background: Certified in Rewst Foundations and Clean Automation.
Use cases: Connect disparate MSP tools via API to create efficient, automated workflows.
Supported systems:
- PSA & RMM: ConnectWise Automate, Syncro, N-Able, NinjaOne, HaloPSA, and more
- Documentation: Hudu, IT Glue
- Any platform with a usable API
Limitations: APIs must expose the right commands—some tools provide limited functionality.
Deployment: You must own a Rewst license. I build, configure, and hand off working automations tailored to your stack.

What it is: Microsoft’s automation and AI platform. Best suited for organizations standardized on Microsoft 365.
Similarities: Comparable to Rewst in how workflows are built and deployed.
Current state:
- Not yet fully rolled out worldwide
- Missing some features that are actively being developed
Deployment: I design workflows inside your Microsoft tenant, leveraging Copilot GPTs to enhance productivity across Teams, Outlook, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.

What it is: A flexible, open-source automation platform capable of advanced agentic AI solutions.
Why it stands out:
- Open source = frequent updates and strong security community
- Supports self-hosting, cloud hosting, and paid enterprise plans
- Broad integration library plus custom code support
Deployment options:
- Self-hosted: I can deploy in Docker on your infrastructure for lightweight automations
- Paid plans: Unlock advanced features and scalability for enterprise use cases
- Cloud: Fastest to deploy with reduced maintenance overhead
